ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AGREEMENT
When booking any appointment with Mirage French Nails you are agreeing to the following policies and conditions.
By booking any appointment you are also agreeing you have read and understood all of the policies stated below.
The policies are non-negotiable.
Mirage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and/or any future appointments, should you fail to adhere to the policies and conditions outlined in this document.
In this event, booking fees and full payment of service may still be required and/or non-refundable.
Our policies and conditions are set in place with the best interest of the business and our clientele in mind.
If you are not comfortable agreeing to the policies and conditions, we kindly ask you to reconsider your booking to save any potential discourse.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash or Card payments are accepted in the salon.
Payment MUST be settled before leaving the salon.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING
Please inform Mirage French Nails if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours before your scheduled booking.
Cancellation within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of booked service.
Cancellation within 12 hours of appointment will incur a 100% cancellation fee of booked service.
Rescheduling is limited at 2 times. If a 3rd rescheduling occurs, the appointment will be cancelled, the deposit forfeited and you will need to book a new appointment.
Please understand this policy is non negotiable - cancellations with short notice as well as excessive rescheduling have a financial impact on the business and prohibit other clients from booking.
SICKNESS
If you are feeling unwell or are noticeably sick please do not attend your appointment and contact Mirage French Nails to reschedule.
The salon is shared with other professionals and clients, it is important to protect them as well.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please inform Mirage French Nails if you are going to be late for your appointment as soon as you can and as safely as possible (if you are driving).
A fee of $10 may be enforced if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment.
For any instances of lateness, it is to Kathrin's discretion to decide if there is adequate time to perform the booked service. Where the originally booked service is unable to be performed, alternate suggestions will be presented such as reduction in nail art, colours etc. In this event, the original service fee will be charged.
If you are 20min late, your appointment will be cancelled and a 100% fee of your booked service will be charged.
NO SHOWS
If you fail to show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Please understand this policy is non negotiable and is in place to ensure the financial viability of Mirage French Nails while being respectful of Kathrin and other potential clients.
After 2 no shows, no further appointments will be accepted.
SERVICE DURATION & PRICING
All services, their prices and their duration are listed on our booking system as well as in our Instagram highlight reel labelled “PRICING’. (@miragefrenchnails)
On this website, you will find a price list on the page 'Services'.
REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS
No refunds will be offered in case of change of mind or dislike of design after you’ve left your appointment.
NAIL REPAIR
In case of nail breakage, a free fix will be offered within 2 days after your appointment.
After this period of time, a nail fix will be charged at $10 per nail (nail art not included).
If you require a nail repair for your next appointment, please ensure you book the add on as this will be an extra cost / added time.
If this is not booked in advance, it is to Kathrin's discretion to determine if there is adequate time available to perform the nail repair.
